MEDTalk: AI in Oncology (ESMO26)

This past Saturday, during the #ESMO Congress 2026 in Madrid, Dr. Arsela Prelaj, Principal Investigator of the EU-funded #I3LUNG project, co-moderated the MEDTalk session with Dr. Nadia Harbeck: “AI: An open discussion on AI in real-world oncology” organized by MEDSIR.

Bringing together leading oncology experts, the session explored how artificial intelligence is transforming clinical trial design, real-world data analysis, and clinical decision-making, while addressing key challenges around ethics, equity, and responsible implementation.

We are proud to see Dr. Prelaj contributing to these important scientific discussions and helping shape the dialogue on the future of AI in oncology.
